Sewing Treasure 2

Another sewing treasure for you to enjoy . . . .
There is something about a well used sewing item that makes me daydream about the soul that spent many a days stitching away. What were they making ? Where did they live? Who were they ? And . . . in the case of some of the obviously hand created treasures, who loved someone enough to make them a treasured pincushion such as this wonderful tramp art one?
These are the thoughts that go through my head as I sit and sew and gaze upon these wonderful sewing treasures that I am honored to care for now.

Enjoy,
Lori Ann

Lori Ann, this is so beautiful, I love the old sewing stuff! You have a wonderful collection of goodies. There is something so comforting in them, you wonder about who made them and what did that seamstress make..... so interesting!
