Remember . . .


On this day of observance,
please take time to remember those who have served our country
and especially those who gave their lives for our liberties.

I find that I do not have to agree with war, to still honor those
who serve.

Memorial Day was originally created to honor
all those who lost their lives defending our country.
There are varying opinions as to who should be remembered on this day.
I think I like the idea of remembering those who have passed,
but especially those who served our country.
My father passed many years ago, not in a war, but he did serve his country.
So . . . this day (and every day)
I remember . . . .
