A little stitching . . .

I am in Northern Ohio attending a "stitching workshop".
This lovely class is being taught by Sue Spargo ~ Master of embellishment  texture & stitch!
We spent today refining some embroidery stitches and learning new ones as well.
These will come in handy on pincushions, bunny vests and the like.
This is today's progress . . . I have been taught these stitches before but somehow
they don't always "stick" the first time.
As they say "Use it or lose it" and it's quite true with stitches, especially for me!
I'll post some photos of Sue's workspace in the next couple days along with more progress.
In the mean time check out her website for beautiful woolens and threads!

Happy Stitches!
