Those are lovely results from your dying. Are you over-dying or starting from scratch on white? Without giving away any secrets, could you give your readers a description of the process you use?
No big secrets to my dyeing process. It's more hodgepodge ;-) It depends on what I have on stock in mohair when I begin. I rarely use white. I prefer the depth I get in overseeing cremes, beiges and even gold tones. I don't really use recipes either. I just guess where to begin and test a little then take a chance. Once dry if I'm not happy with a piece it goes back in next time around :-). Hope this helps a little! When I remember, I might make a note of what I used color wise, but not the amounts as even with cooking I'm a "dump cook" ! Best, L
